California Estate Blend is a balanced blend of Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koroneiki olives, offering a smooth and versatile oil that is ideal for everyday use. With a slightly fruity and grassy profile, it’s perfect for drizzling over salads, roasted vegetables, and grilled fish and steaks.

While it is high quality enough to be considered a finishing oil, it should be used generously to cook as well!
