Glamsalt Ume Salt

GlamSalt Ume Salt. Used as a finishing salt on fish, salad, anything you please to add a pop of color and salty, plumy bite!

Glamsalt was founded in upstate NY and Tokyo in 2012 by Makiko. Ingredients: Sun dried sea salt from Japan, Ume (salted plum) vinegar. 4oz. 

If you are not planning to use these salts for a long time, refrigeration is highly recommend to preserve their tastes and colors.
