Placing Orders Online:
Only a curated selection of products is available on our website. For additional items are available in our brick-and-mortar retail space located at 181 Mott Street, NY, NY 10012. You may place an order on our online store by adding products to your shopping cart and following the instructions to submit the order.
We can only accept orders to be shipped within the U.S. at this time.
Return Policy:
We do not accept returns on any one of a kind vintage items or antique items, or any food items. All antique and food sales are final. For designer items we stock, we accept returns on a case by case basis. Item(s) must be returned in unopened, new, unused condition, within 30 days of purchase. All online returns must be approved by Gem Home. Please email info@gemhomenyc.com and include the order number from your store receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All return packages must be insured. If you receive a damaged item, please email info@gemhomenyc.com within 2 days of receiving your order and include a photograph of the damaged item, a photograph of the shipping packaging, and the order number from your store receipt.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via UPS Wednesdays.
All orders are processed and shipped from our NYC location within 3-5 business days of purchase. Transit times and prices are provided by UPS and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address. If there are any time constraints on your purchase, please email us at info@gemhomenyc.com, we will do our best to accommodate faster shipping needs.
Gem Home is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact UPS via your provided tracking number for assistance.
We ship to all 50 states. All orders are shipped insured up to $200 and with tracking information. For international shipping inquiries, please email info@gemhomenyc.com.
